Louisiana Authorities Transition to Homicide Investigation in March 9 Missing Person Case
On May 3, 2022, Louisiana State Police reported that they are still investigating the disappearance of Ella Goodie, 33. Goodie, who has been missing since March 9, 2022, has not been seen since. Detectives and investigators have moved from a missing person’s case to a homicide investigation based on investigative techniques and witness statements. The State Police will continue to collaborate with the Scott Police Department, the St. Joseph Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies. Anyone with information about Ella Goodie is asked to call the Louisiana State Police at 318-484-2194.

Scott, Louisiana – The Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations is working with the Scott Police Department to find Ella Quiana Goodie of Scott, Louisiana. On March 9, 2022, she was last seen.
Investigators are also looking for her vehicle, a black 2012 Audi Q5 SUV with the Texas license plate NRN 6551. It’s possible that the vehicle’s license plate was removed. A Lyft sticker could also be mounted on the vehicle’s front windshield.
