Louisiana Authorities Asking For Help in Identifying Suspects Who Crashed Into Gun Store and Stole Firearms

Louisiana authorities are asking for help in identifying the suspects who crashed into a gun store and stole firearms.

Early morning on July 31, 2023, a firearms store on Airline Highway in Prairieville, Louisiana was burglarized.

The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found extensive damage to both the exterior and interior of the building. Investigation reveals that a stolen Ford truck was used to crash into the entryway, allowing five male subjects to enter the building and steal several handguns and long guns before fleeing the scene.

Authorities are asking that anyone with information that can assist the detectives in solving this case call the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office anonymously at 225-621-4636 or use the anonymous tip line by texting 847411 from any cellular device. You may also call Crime Stoppers at 225-344-STOP (7867) to receive a cash reward.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
