There were rumors floating around for the past few days about this new Sulphur location for Insane Sausages, but today the announcement was made on their Facebook page that the rumors are true.

Insane Sausages also addressed some questions they said they have been getting regarding the rumors about the new location in Sulphur.

Here are a few of the questions and answers given by Insane Sausages about their new Sulphur location.

  • Q: Will you continue operating as Cast & Cleaver?
A: We will not. We will be transitioning the building into Insane Sausages.
  • Q: What will your menu be?
A: We plan to bring over some favorites from our Vinton location along with some new healthier options, weekday plate lunches, and possibly some other local favorites.
  • Q: What will your days and hours be?
A: We plan to be open 11:00-8:00, 7 days a week (subject to change)
  • Q: Will you be closing the Vinton location?
A: As long as our Texas friends continue to support us, we plan to keep that location open as well.
  • Q: Will I have to go to Vinton to get my packaged boudin, sausages, and stuffed meats?
A: We will have a meat market side of the building so you will be able to get all your favorites from the new location as well.
  • Q: When will your Sulphur location be opening?
A: We are in the process of deep cleaning the entire building and pending some health inspections, we hope to be open in the next couple of weeks.
  • Q: Will this location be a full-service or quick-service restaurant?
A: Our plan is to run this location similar to our Vinton location. It will be a quick service but the tables will remain to be able to seat yourself.
We know our Texas friends would love for us to open a location in their neck of the woods. Please be patient with us as we continue to look for expansion opportunities in your area.
We are excited to open 2023 with the expansion of our company. We look forward to serving Sulphur and the surrounding communities and we thank everyone that has supported us and made it possible for this growth.
