The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) has announced that utility work will require a partial closure of the right lane on this busy thoroughfare.
The construction will commence at 7:00 AM on January 13 and is expected to conclude by 5:00 PM on January 20, 2025. The work zone will extend from W Claude Street to approximately 0.10 miles north of W Sale Road. This area is known for heavy traffic, and the right lane closure may lead to congestion as drivers adjust to the altered roadway conditions.
