Lake Charles Man Arrested for Failure to Register & Notify as a Sex Offender

From CPSO – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Unit arrested convicted sex offender Heath W. Daigle, 42, 4981 Mattie Reeves Road, Lake Charles after it was learned he was in violation of his sex offender registration requirements.
During the investigation, it was learned Daigle had not paid his community notifications fees, as required by his sex offender registration requirements. Daigle also failed to report for his semi-annual registration in October 2020, again making him in violation of his sex offender registration requirements.
On February 9, Daigle was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with failure to register as a sex offender; and notification of a sex offender. Judge Robert Wyatt set his bond at $7,500.
Daigle was convicted of crimes against nature in 1998 in Calcasieu Parish.
