Lake Charles Man Arrested After 5-Year-Old is Admitted to the ER for Sexual Assualt

A Lake Charles man has been arrested for an aggravated crime against nature after a 5-year-old was admitted to a local emergency room for a sexual assault examination.

Lake Charles, LA – on March 3, 2022, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that detectives were dispatched to a local hospital in November 2021 in reference to a child under the age of 5 who was admitted to the emergency room for a sexual assault examination. During the initial investigation, detectives discovered that Aaron D. Guillory, 29, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, had allegedly sexually abused the child.

Following further investigation, detectives issued a warrant for Guillory’s arrest on February 28th, which was signed by Judge Tony Fazzio.

On March 3, 2022, Guillory was arrested, charged with aggravated crime against nature, and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center. His bond has been set at $400,000.

Detective James Jones of the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is the case’s lead investigator.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
