Lake Charles, Louisiana - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has launched a homicide investigation following the discovery of an unresponsive man on the side of Highway 90 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, late Sunday night. Deputies responded to the 6700 block of Highway 90 at approximately 11:00 p.m. on June 29 after receiving reports of a male lying on the roadside. Upon arrival, deputies identified the victim as Kalin J. Stevens, 23, of Lake Charles.
