Road Closure Notice: Cross Pipe Replacement on Simon LeBleu Road

Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana - Starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 11, Simon LeBleu Road, at its intersection with Arsene LeBleu Road, located south of Lake Charles, will be closed to all traffic. The closure is necessary for a cross pipe replacement and is scheduled to last until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12.

During this period, traffic traveling south on Simon LeBleu Road is advised to take a detour by heading east on Arsene LeBleu Road, then proceeding south on Gulf Highway, followed by a westward turn on Cal-Cam Road, and finally heading back north on Simon LeBleu Road. For those traveling north on Simon LeBleu Road, the detour route involves going east on Cal-Cam Road, north on Gulf Highway, and then west on Arsene LeBleu Road. Detour signs will be visibly posted to guide drivers along the alternative routes.

Motorists should anticipate delays in the area due to the road closure and are urged to exercise caution while driving through the detour routes.
