Published September 10, 2021

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that on September 7, 2021, detectives arrested Mister S. Castille, 44, of Jennings, LA, after an investigation revealed he was responsible for contractor fraud.
It was discovered during the investigation that Castille entered into a contract with the victim and accepted $28,000 in payments to begin repairs on a home, but did not possess a contractor’s license.

Castille was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with failure to possess a residential contractor’s license. Judge David Ritchie set his bond at $50,000.

CPSO Detective Eddie Curol is the lead investigator on these cases.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
