Iowa Rabbit Festival: A Celebration of Music and Culinary Delights in Lake Charles
Lake Charles, Louisiana – The Iowa Rabbit Festival is set to take place in Lake Charles, Louisiana, from March 20th to March 22nd, 2024, at the Burton Complex, located at 7001 Gulf Hwy. The Main Stage will host a series of talented bands, showcasing genres such as Zydeco and Cajun music, which are deeply rooted in Louisiana’s cultural heritage.
On Friday evening, the entertainment begins at 6:00 PM with Justin Martindale and the Backstabbers, followed by Leroy Thomas and the Zydeco Roadrunners at 7:30 PM. The night will continue with Wayne Toups and Zydecajun at 9:00 PM, culminating with a performance by The Chee-Weez at 10:30 PM. This lineup reflects a commitment to presenting a mix of traditional and contemporary sounds that appeal to a wide audience.
Saturday, March 22nd, offers an even more extensive schedule, starting with performances on both the Main Stage and the Cook-Off Stage.
