I-10 Westbound Nighttime Closures in Sulphur From I-210 to LA 108

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that I-10 westbound between the I-210 interchange (Exit 25) an LA 108 (Exit 23) in Sulphur will be reduced to one lane nightly between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. The lane closure will begin Sunday, January 26 and end Wednesday, January 30. I-10 westbound will continue to be reduced to two lanes 24/7 except for the optional additional lane closures at night.

LA 108 eastbound and westbound interchange service roads will continue to have intermittent shoulder closures from Monday, January 27 to Friday, January 31 to construct detour routes.

Motorists are advised the I-10 westbound work zone speed limit has been reduced to 50 MPH. All closures are weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
