I-10 Lane Closures on I-10 and US 171 in Lake Charles Starting January 26

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Tuesday, January 26, 2021, there will be nighttime closures on I-10 from Enterprise Boulevard to east of Shattuck Street and on US 171 from Opelousas Street to north of Modeling Street in Lake Charles.

The closure schedule on I-10 and US 171 is as follows:

• Monday, January 25, at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, January 26, at 5 a.m. – I-10 eastbound left lane closure from
• Tuesday, January 26, at 8 p.m. until Wednesday, January 27, at 5 a.m. – I-10 westbound left lane closure
• Wednesday, January 27, to Thursday, January 28, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. – I-10 eastbound left lane closure
• Friday, January 29, at 10 p.m. until Saturday, January 30, at 9 a.m. – -10 eastbound left lane closure
• Saturday, January 30, at 10 p.m. until Sunday, January 31, at 9 a.m. – I-10 eastbound double left lane closures
• Sunday, January 31, at 8 p.m. until Monday, February 1, at 5 a.m. – I-10 westbound double right lane closures
• Monday, February 1, at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, February 2, at 5 a.m. – US 171 southbound shoulder closure
