I-10 Lane Closures Near Vinton from the Weigh Station to the State Line Starting July 27

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that the right lane on I-10 westbound from the weigh station to the Louisiana-Texas state line will be closed on the below dates and times.
- Tuesday, July 27 to Thursday, July 29 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night.
- Friday, July 30 at 8 p.m. to Saturday, July 31 at 9 a.m.
- Saturday, July 31 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, August 1 at 12 p.m.
The lane closures are necessary for work on the embankment. All work is weather permitting.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
This work is part of the I-10 widening project in Southwest Louisiana.
