I-10 Lane Closures Between Exit 4 and Exit 7 Near Vinton Starting March 13

Louisiana DOTD announced that there will be nighttime alternating lane and ramp closures on I-10 eastbound and westbound between Exit 4 (US 90) and Exit 7 (LA 3063) near Vinton beginning March 13, 2022.

  • Sunday, March 13, 2022, from 7 p.m. to Monday, March 14, 2022, at 6 a.m. there will be alternating lane closures on I-10 eastbound between Exit 4 (US 90) and Exit 7 (LA 3063)
    The eastbound on- and off-ramps for Exit 7 will have intermittent closures during this time period. During these short closures, traffic can instead utilize Exit 4 (US 90) or Exit 8 (LA 108).
  • Monday, March 14, 2022, from 7 p.m. to Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 6 a.m. There will be alternating lane closures on I-10 westbound between Exit 4 (US 90) and Exit 7 (LA 3063)
    The westbound on-ramp for Exit 7 will have intermittent closures during this time period. During these short closures, traffic can instead utilize Exit 4 (US 90) or Exit 8 (LA 108).

These closures are necessary to install temporary striping.
