I-10 Lane Closure Between Mile Marker 43 and 45 in Calcasieu Parish Beginning April 17

Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana - An I-10 lane closure between mile marker 43 and 45 in Calcasieu Parish has been announced beginning April 17.

In an update released on April 13, 2023, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) announced a nighttime lane closure on I-10 Eastbound between mile marker 43 and 45 will take place April 17-18 in Calcasieu Parish.

This closure was originally scheduled for an earlier date.

The nighttime left lane closure is now expected to begin at 7 am on April 17 and end on April 18 at 5 am.

The closure is necessary for the contractor to complete asphalt patching on the roadway.

LADOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
