I-10 Eastbound Nighttime Closures from LA 108 to the I-210 in Sulphur

Published February 6, 2020

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that I-10 eastbound between LA 108 (Exit 23) and the I-210 interchange (Exit 25) in Sulphur will be reduced to one lane nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 4 a.m. Sunday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 12.

LA 108 eastbound and westbound interchange service roads will continue to have intermittent shoulder closures from Saturday, February 8 to Friday, February 14 to construct detour routes. I-10 westbound will continue to be reduced to two lanes 24/7 with the exception of the optional additional lane closures at night.

The closures are part of the ongoing project to widen and improve I-10 from the LA 108 interchange to the I-210 interchange. All closures are weather permitting. Motorists are advised the I-10 westbound work zone speed limit has been reduced to 50 MPH.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
