Westlake, LA – On July 14, 2021, at approximately 12:15 am, the eastbound lanes of the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge were closed to allow an oversized load to back down the bridge. The load was reportedly too tall to cross the bridge safely.
Drivers in the area should use caution and expect delays in the area.
