I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge Lane Closures November 30 – December 10

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-10 eastbound and westbound over the Calcasieu River Bridge (MP 28.7) will have lane closures beginning Tuesday, November 30, 2021, and ending Friday, December 10, 2021.
The lane closures are scheduled as follows:
- Right lane closure on I-10 eastbound on Tuesday, November 30 to Thursday, December 2 between 8:00 am to 2:30 pm each day
- Right lane closure on I-10 westbound on Friday, December 3 between 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Right lane closure on I-10 westbound on Saturday, December 4 to Sunday, December 5 between 7:00 am to 3:00 pm each day
- Right lane closure on I-10 westbound on Monday, December 6 to Tuesday, December 7 between 8:00 am to 2:30 pm each day
- Right lane closure on I-10 eastbound on Wednesday, December 8 to Friday, December 10 between 8:00 am to 2:30 pm each day
The lane closures are necessary for routine bridge inspection. All work is weather permitting. Motorists may use I-210 as a detour route.
