On April 25, 2019, there was an open-forum meeting about the I-10 Bridge and nearby areas. The meeting provided information about a new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge, on and off ramps in Westlake, a possible Sulphur Avenue extension crossing the Calcasieu River, along with other possible transportation-related improvements in the area. A virtual version of that meeting, including a slideshow presentation, can be found below.
