Homeowner Found Deceased in Multi-Structure Fire in Starks
Starks, LA – Deputies from the State Fire Marshal’s office are investigating a multi-structure fire in Starks that killed a man and two dogs. Calcasieu Parish Ward 5 Fire Department responded to the 100 block of Scales Road in Starks, Louisiana, shortly before 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, according to LASFM.
Firefighters discovered at least three structures on fire and, sadly, discovered the body of the 61-year-old male homeowner inside one of the structures. Two dogs were also discovered dead.
