High Enforcement Apprehension Team in Louisiana Arrests Two Suspects in Connection with Distribution of PCP, Fentanyl, Crack, and Other Crimes

Monroe, Louisiana – The High Enforcement Apprehension Team in Louisiana has arrested two suspects in connection with the distribution of PCP, Fentanyl, Crack, and other crimes.

On May 17, 2023, the Monroe Police Department (MPD) reported that the MPD High Enforcement Apprehension Team (HEAT) recently conducted an investigation that led to the arrests of suspects Tramaine Ballard and Quinton Fountain.

According to reports from authorities, Tramaine was arrested for the distribution of phencyclidine (PCP) and distribution of fentanyl pills. Tramaine was also allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamines and marijuana at the time of his arrest.

Quinton was arrested for the distribution of crack cocaine, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Authorities indicated that the Monroe Police Department is dedicated to making our community safer by riding it of drugs and illegal weapons.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
