Forty Percent of I-210 Bridge Repair Incentive Package Will Come From Private Entities
I-210 Bridge Repair Incentive Package Now Up To $750,000
The Convention and Visitors Bureau in Lake Charles pledged $75,000. The two riverboat casinos near I-210 in Lake Charles that get much of their traffic from the West will reportedly pitch in $100,000 each. To round it off, refineries and other industries in the area pledged a total of $100,000.
The rest will come from the gambling pool funds of DeQuincy, Iowa, Lake Charles, Sulphur, Vinton, Westlake, and the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury.
