Five men in Louisiana Arrested After Allegedly Drugging and Raping Two Women

Fort Polk, Louisiana – The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office stated on December 1, 2022, that on November 25, 2022, they were contacted by a Beauregard Medical Facility regarding a sexual assault involving two female victims.

Detectives examined the victims and discovered that one of them was acquainted with a male subject who visited her Rosepine home on the night of November 24, 2022.
The victim stated that the male subject was joined by four other male subjects with whom neither she nor her roommate was familiar.

Both victims stated that they drank alcohol delivered to the home by the five males.

Both females reported feeling poorly shortly after consuming the alcohol, which culminated in the two patients falling into a stupor. Each victim stated that the effects of the alcohol appeared exaggerated, and they assume that some form of an illicit component was combined in with the alcohol.

Detectives reportedly discovered that once the women were rendered unconscious, all of the male suspects had non-consensual sexual contact with the two victims.
The victims were subjected to forensic testing, which revealed that each had sustained injuries indicative of sexual assault.
VPSO Detectives were able to get the identification of the male suspects with the cooperation of Fort Polk Officials, and each subject was interviewed in reference to the incident on November 30th, 2022.

Following the interviews, the following suspects were arrested:

• John Paul Bianzon, age 29, of Fort Polk, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Conspiracy and one count of First-Degree Rape.
• Franzrobert T. Camentil, age 20, of Fort Polk, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Conspiracy and one count of First-Degree Rape.
• Cyrus Moises Labial, age 24, of Fort Polk, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Conspiracy and two counts of First-Degree Rape.
• Ajjashery J. Flores, age 24, of Fort Polk,  Louisiana, was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Conspiracy and two counts of First-Degree Rape.
• Frinzdeivhid Ramit, age 19, was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Conspiracy and two counts of First-Degree Rape.

A bond has not been set and the suspects remain in the VPSO jail.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
