Eight Arrested in Louisiana by Narcotics Agents After Agents Reportedly Discover Heroin and Methamphetamine Inside a Home

Louisiana – On September 27, 2022, Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced that narcotics agents apprehended eight people after discovering narcotics at a property in Thibodaux, Louisiana. On Thursday, the arrests took place at a home on Ledet Drive.

Agents got an anonymous report concerning narcotic activity at a residence in the 200 block of Ledet Drive in Thibodaux from Crime Stoppers Bayou Region. LPSO narcotics agents recently accompanied Louisiana Department of Probation and Parole officials during a compliance check for Ryan Lirette, 55. Agents reportedly encountered numerous persons and discovered drugs at the home when they arrived. Agents secured a search warrant and allegedly discovered heroin and methamphetamine inside the home.

Eight individuals were arrested in total, including Lirette, who was charged with maintaining a structure for narcotics use. Jeremy Frederick, 43, of Arnaudville, Louisiana, and Kathryn Gibson, 46, of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana were also charged with heroin possession.

Five individuals were arrested for methamphetamine possession:

Taylor Lachney, 29, of Thibodaux, Louisiana
Arabella Leray, 22, of Thibodaux, Louisiana
James Gueho, 39, of Thibodaux, Louisiana
Todd Broussard, 33, of Houma, Louisiana
