COVID Tests and Drive-Thru Vaccines in Southwest Louisiana

The Louisiana Department of Health is providing COVID-19 tests and drive-thru vaccinations in Southwest Louisiana at the Calcasieu Parish Health Unit – 3236 Kirkman St., Lake Charles until further notice.
All COVID testing (general public, pediatric, rapid) is available from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. Monday – Friday until further notice.
Testing will be closed during inclement weather and state holidays.
Flu shots will be available to individuals ages 4 and older from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Shots are no cost for those with insurance and $10 for those who are uninsured.
Nurses will be available to provide vaccines (tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B) to individuals ages 16 and older from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Vaccines are provided at no cost.
This is a drive-thru testing and vaccination site.
Please stay in your vehicle and wear a mask.
You must provide a phone number and email address to be tested.
An ID is NOT required.
