City of Sulphur Announces Scheduled Water Plant Maintenance, Residents Advised of Potential Low Pressure

Sulphur, Louisiana - The City of Sulphur has announced that routine maintenance work will take place at the North Water Plant tomorrow morning, Tuesday, June 25th, 2024. The scheduled maintenance is expected to last for approximately four hours, starting at 8:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

During this time, residents living east of Beglis Parkway may experience low water pressure. The city has issued a notification to inform affected residents of the potential disruption to their water supply.

The maintenance work is a necessary step to ensure the continued efficiency and reliability of the North Water Plant. The city's public works department has planned the work during a period of low demand to minimize the impact on residents.
