The Central Library in Lake Charles is hosting Ethan Brown, author of “Murder on the Bayou: Who Killed the Women Known as the Jeff Davis 8?”, on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 10 am. Mr. Brown will be discussing the case, his investigatory process, and hosting a Q&A.
