Calcasieu Parish Vehicle Pursuit Ends in Crash: Deputies Search for Suspects on Foot in Moss Bluff

Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana - Earlier this morning, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, along with the Louisiana State Police and Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office, were involved in a chase with a vehicle that is believed to be connected to multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts in Calcasieu Parish. The pursuit came to an end when the vehicle crashed near Arnold White Road, and the suspects ran away on foot in a southerly direction.

There are currently deputies from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office and detectives from the CPSO VCIU at the location, with a designated area blocked off. They are currently looking for 4 to 5 suspects in the Theriot Road/Green Road vicinity. Several other agencies, such as the Louisiana State Police, Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office, and Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office, are also providing assistance.

The authorities are urging individuals to contact CPSO at 337-491-3605 or 911 if they spot anything unusual or suspicious in that vicinity.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
