Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Searching for Person Involved in Hit & Run in Lake Charles

On August 17 the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Big Lake Road near Big Lake Pines Road in Lake Charles in reference to a hit and run. The suspect struck a fence twice and fled the scene.
The suspect’s van has been identified as 2001 to 2006 Chrysler Town & Country, light blue in color. The van is missing a driver’s side headlight and rear bumper, it also has damage to the front end.
