Lake Charles, Louisiana - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office (CPSO) will be conducting Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) at the LCB Academy in Lake Charles, Louisiana, from Monday, July 29, to Friday, August 2. This training is designed to prepare law enforcement officers and first responders to effectively handle active shooter situations, ensuring the safety and security of the community, especially with the upcoming school year.
