Calcasieu Parish Deputy Collides with Cyclist in Moss Bluff, Cyclist Hospitalized with Serious Injuries

Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office announced that on December 4, around 8:30 p.m., a CPSO deputy was driving a marked patrol unit and was in a collision with a cyclist while driving on Topsy Road near Bill Rosteet Road in Moss Bluff. The cyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to a hospital out of town.

CPSO indicated that Louisiana State Police are conducting an investigation into this crash.
