Bergeron’s in Sulphur is Now Cast & Cleaver

The restaurant on Cities Service Highway in Sulphur formerly known as Bergeron’s Boudin and Cajun Meats is now Cast & Cleaver. The change became official in mid-December 2019. The owners have indicated that the staff and much of the menu will remain the same, and there will be some changes and improvements. One of the changes that many will notice is the new hours. Bergeron’s Sulphur hours were from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. The new Cast & Cleaver hours are now listed as 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., adding three more hours to dine and shop.

“So it’s finally time! I now get to announce that the Sulphur location of Bergeron’s Boudin and Cajun Meats has officially left the Bergeron’s franchise. We are going on our own adventure. We will now be calling ourselves Cast & Cleaver.

Everything our customers have grown to enjoy about our store will largely remain the same but obviously some changes will be happening. Our staff will still be the exact same people everyone has grown to know and call friends. Rest assured, we will not be compromising on the new standards we have risen too. We will still be offering US seafood, fresh meats, and homemade cooked to order items. But now, I can proudly say Cast and Cleaver is locally owned and ready for business!

Everyone here knows the goals we are aspiring to and the lofty goals we have set for ourselves. I truly hope we become the new standard in quality of service and food here is SWLA. Thank you everyone for keeping our dream alive and being patient with our growth!
