Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrests for the Week of November 13, 2023 to November 19, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of November 13, 2023, to November 19, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On November 14, 2023, Jeffery Armistead was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Old River Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Prohibited Acts, Possession of Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, General Speed Law, Turning Movements and Required Signals, No Registration, Evidence of Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Security Contained in Vehicle, and Switched Plates. Jeffery was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $79,000.00.
  • On November 15, 2023, Randy Thibodeaux was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Billy Stevens Rd. and charged with Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Criminal Trespass. Randy was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $15,000.00.
  • On November 15, 2023, Lindsay Darois was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. Lindsay was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $5,000.00.
  • On November 15, 2023, Noah Lee was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Driving or Roadway Laned for Traffic, Driving Under Suspension, and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Noah was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $6,500.00.
  • On November 17, 2023, Michael Miller was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery; Strangulation. Michael was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
  • On November 18, 2023, Kyle Smith was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. Kyle was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond TBS.
  • On November 18, 2023, Darcell Taylor was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Battery of Correctional Facility Employee. Darcell was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
  • On November 19, 2023, Ethen Kelley was arrested by BPSO and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment. Ethen was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
