Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrests for the Week of July 24, 2023, – July 30, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On July 30, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of July 24, 2023, – July 30, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On July 25, 2023, Samantha King was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Alcoholic Beverages in Motor Vehicle, Reckless Operation of a Vehicle Suspension, and Suspension, Revocation, Renewal. Samantha was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $15,000.00.

On July 26, 2023, Courtney Harris was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Courtney was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $30,000.00.

On July 26, 2023, Casie Hines was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Signal Lamps and Signal Devices. Casie was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $6,500.00.

On July 26, 2023, Rickey Montegut was arrested by BPSO and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. Rickey was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $20,000.00.

On July 28, 2023, Roy Vercher Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Driving Under Suspension, Proper Equipment Required on Vehicles, Tail Lamps, and Security Required. Roy was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.

On July 29, 2023, Charles Cole was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with 2 counts Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense and Tail Lamps. Charles was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.

On July 29, 2023, Malcolm Hennigan Jr. was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with 2 counts Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense. Malcolm was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
