Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrests for the Week of July 17, 2023, – July 23, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On July 24, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of July 17, 2023, – July 23, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On July 17, 2023, Corey Morrow was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Theft, 2 counts Illegal Possession of Stolen Things, and 16 counts Possession of a Legend Drug. Corey was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $64,000.00.

On July 18, 2023, Sheena Garvin was arrested by the BPSO Detective Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Sheena was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $6,500.00.

On July 18, 2023, Philip Jameson was arrested by the BPSO Detective Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Philip was booked into the BPSO the jail with bond set at $6,500.00.

On July 19, 2023, Cody Edwards Sr. was arrested by the BPSO SRT and charged with Attempted Aggravated Arson, Attempted Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, Simple Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespass, and Cyberstalking. Cody was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $50,000.00.

On July 19, 2023, Kayla Jackson was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Kayla was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.

On July 21, 2023, James Freeney Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Reckless Operation of a Vehicle, Hit and Run, Driving Under Suspension, 2 counts Resisting an Officer, Theft, and Parole Violation from Texas. James was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $14,500.00.

On July 22, 2023, Robert Tibbs was arrested by BPSO and charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Robert was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $25,000.00.
