Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrests for the Week of December 11, 2023, to December 17, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On December 18, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of December 11, 2023, to December 17, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On December 12, 2023, David Powers was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Scheule I, 2 counts Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, 2 counts Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Alcoholic Beverages in Motor Vehicles, Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Scheule II, Driving on Roadway Landed for Traffic, and Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I. David was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $126,000.00.
  • On December 12, 2023, Kevin Suire was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Scheule I, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator. Kevin was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $97,000.00.
  • On December 13, 2023, Ryan Harrison was arrested by BPSO and charged with Terrorizing. Ryan was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $5,000.00.
  • On December 13, 2023, Tabitha Smyth was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, Possession of Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies, Flight from an Officer, Reckless Operation of a Vehicle, Stop Signs and Yield Signs, and Tail Lamps. Tabitha was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $147,000.00.
  • On December 14, 2023, Devin Elliott was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies, and Probation Violation.
