Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of October 24, 2022 – October 30, 2022

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On October 31, 2022, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of October 24, 2022 – October 30, 2022.

Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony arrests for the week of October 24, 2022 – October 30, 2022:

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On October 24, 2022, Chad Turkin was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office and charged with Simple Escape. Chad was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail and bond was set at $75,000.00.

On October 25, 2022, Jeffrey McDonald was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Detective Division and charged with Aggravated Battery. Jeffrey was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail and bond set at $25,000.00.

On October 25, 2022, Jack Brooks was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Detective Division and charged with Theft from a building. Jack was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail and bond was set at $5,000.00.

On October 26, 2022, Herman Cole Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension. Herman was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with no bond set with a felony probation hold.

On October 28, 2022, David Denagall was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Patrol Division and charged with 2 counts Battery of a Correctional Facility Employee. David was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail and bond was set at $100,000.00.

On October 28, 2022, Kedrick Davis was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II. Dedrick was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail and bond was set at $100,000.00.

On October 28, 2022, Ashlee Simmons was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Patrol Division and charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Child Endangerment, Driving Under Suspension, and Child Passenger Restraint System. Ashlee was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond TBS.

On October 30, 2022, Cheri McArthur was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Patrol Division on Cedar Ln. Singer and charged with Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Cheri was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond TBS.
