Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of October 17, 2022 – October 23, 2022

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On October 25, 2022, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of October 17, 2022 – October 23, 2022.

Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony arrests for the week of October 17, 2022 – October 23, 2022:

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On October 18, 2022, Jennifer Gibson was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Cruelty to Juveniles Minor Injuries, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule IV. Jennifer was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $80,000.00.

On October 19, 2022, Timothy Rainwater was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Cruelty to Juveniles Minor Injuries, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule IV. Timothy was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $92,000.00.

On October 19, 2022, Dana Brooks was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Theft greater than $5,000 less than $25,000 and an active Bench Warrant. Dana was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On October 19, 2022, Joshua Slack was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Eric Green Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense, Criminal Trespass, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Joshua was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond TBS.

On October 19, 2022, John Taylor was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Criminal Trespass, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction of Justice, and Violation of Probation. John was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $35,000.00.

On October 20, 2022, Jamar Reder was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Entry or Remaining After Being Forbidden, Simple Burglary/Breaking and Entering, and Simple Criminal Damage to Property. Jamar was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond TBS.

On October 21, 2022, Latosha Brune was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pilgrim Rest Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Latosha was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $42,000.00.

On October 21, 2022, Wheylon Doyle was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Driver Must be Licensed, Switched Plates, Tail Lamps, and Security Required. Wheylon was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $99,000.00.

On October 21, 2022, Ladarius Hearon was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Battery of Correctional Facility Employee. Ladarius was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $25,000.00.

On October 21, 2022, Jeremiah Johnson was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Battery of Correctional Facility Employee and Second Degree Battery. Jeremiah was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $75,000.00.

On October 21, 2022, Tammy Muphy was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pilgrim Rest Rd. and charged with Manufacture and/or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Possession of Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies. Tammy was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $142,000.00.

On October 21, 2022, Johnny Perkins was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pilgrim Rest Rd. and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, and 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II. Johnny was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $137,000.00.

On October 23, 2022, Michael Reid was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division on Sanders Lp. and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery/Strangulation and Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment. Michael was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.
