Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of May 8, 2023, – May 14, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On May 15, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of May 8, 2023, – May 14, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On May 08, 2023, Brandy Brister was arrested by BPSO Detective Division on Hannah St. and charged with Indecent Behavior with Juveniles and Aggravated Crime Against Nature. Brandy was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.

On May 09, 2023, Austin Mott was arrested by BPSO and charged with Unauthorized Use or a Motor Vehicle. Austin was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $10,000.00.

On May 10, 2023, Floyd Hayes was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Branch St. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Floyd was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $10,500.00.

On May 10, 2023, Denise Linton was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Branch St. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule IV, and Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Denise was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $21,500.00.

On May 12, 2023, Cody Stineff was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Highway 12 and charged with Theft, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Cody was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $31,500.00.
