Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On March 13, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of March 6, 2023, – March 12, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On March 06, 2023, Michael Hicks was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on E. 8th St. DeRidder and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense and Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Michael was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $6,500.00.
On March 06, 2023, James Griffin was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on E. 8th St, DeRidder and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. James was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $6,500.00.
On March 08, 2023, Henry Bullard Sr. was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I. Henry was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.
On March 09, 2023, Roy Williams was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequence Offenses, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Stop Lamps and Turn Signals Required. Roy was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set with a felony probation hold.
On March 09, 2023, Joseph Mercer was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Joseph was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $13,000.00.
