Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On April 3, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of March 27, 2023, – April 2, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On March 27, 2023, Teresa Binger was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Detective Division and charged with Illegal Possession of Firearms. Teresa was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $15,000.00.
On March 28, 2023, Brooke Babin was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Old River Rd and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II and Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Brook was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $28,000.00.
On March 28, 2023, Whitney Hambrick was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office and charged with Public Intimidation and Retaliation. Whitney was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $15,000.00.
On March 28, 2023, Joseph Prince was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Movable and Simple Escape. Joesph was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $40,000.00.
On March 29, 2023, Bryan Bartholamew was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Old River Rd. and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule III, Possession of CDS Schedule IV, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Weapon/While in Possession of CDS, and Possession of CDS Schedule I. Bryan was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $53,000.00.
On March 29, 2023, Wesley Lewis Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Old River Rd. and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II and Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Wesley was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $28,000.00.
On March 29, 2023, Travis Deans was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Herman Smith Rd. and charged with Possession of Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Felony Probation Violation. Travis was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with no bond set.
On March 29, 2023, Alex Phillips was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Herman Smith Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Alex was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office jail with bond set at $3,000.00.
