Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of June 26, 2023, – July 2, 2023
Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On July 5, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of June 26, 2023, – July 2, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 28, 2023, Christopher Heath was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Elm St. DeRidder and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I. Christopher was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $10,000.00.
On June 28, 2023, Chester Phillips Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force for an active warrant and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery and Driving Under Suspension. Chester was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $5,000.00.
On June 29, 2023, Jared Brister was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense. Jared was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.
On June 29, 2023, Charlie Johnson was arrested by BPSO Warrants Division and charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles, Theft, and Criminal Conspiracy. Charlie was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $15,000.00.
On June 30, 2023, Cassie Grimes was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Alcock Rd. and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, and Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS. Cassie was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $92,000.00.
On June 30, 2023, Joshua Nunez was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Alcock Rd. and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, and Obstruction of Justice. Joshua was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.
On July 02, 2023, Robert Davis III was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of CDS Schedule III. Robert was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $15,000.00.
