Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On June 26, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of June 19, 2023, – June 25, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 19, 2023, Shane Allyn was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force at his residence in Longville and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule III, Drug Paraphernalia, 2 counts Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, and Sale, Distribution, or Possession of a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order. Shane was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $52,000.00.
On June 19, 2023, James Hernandez was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Drug Paraphernalia. James was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $43,000.00.
On June 20, 2023, Johnny Morris was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Mitchell Harper Rd. and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Drug Paraphernalia. Johnny was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $112,000.00.
On June 20, 2023, Victoria Neve was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Mitchell Harper Rd. and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of Weapon While in Possession of CDS, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Theft, 2 counts Attempted Unauthorized Use of an Access Card, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Victoria was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at $112,000.00.
On June 21, 2023, Morgan Herring was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Shirley St. DeRidder and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery. Morgan was booked into the BPSO jail with bond set at 3,500.00.
On June 21, 2023, Sean Seeling was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Mitchell Harper Rd. and charged with 2 counts Distribution of Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Drug Paraphernalia. Sean was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
