Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of July 4, 2022 – July 10, 2022

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On July 11, 2022, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrest were made for the week of July 4, 2022 – July 10, 2022.

On July 5, 2022, Estal Reeves was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Doe Rd. and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment, Terrorizing, and a Bench Warrant. Estal was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $6,500.00.

On July 6, 2022, James Flemones was arrested by BPSO and charged with Driving While Intoxicated 5th Offense. James was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $60,000.00.

On July 6, 2022, Christopher Nash was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on East 1st St. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Approved Types of Safety Glass. Christopher was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $9,000.00.

On July 7, 2022, Zachary Hennigan was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Highway 171 near Marvin Shirley Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, 3 counts Possession of CDS Schedule IV, Sale, Distribution, or Possession of a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Driving on Roadway Landed for Traffic, and Approved Types of Safety Glass. Zachary was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $40,000.00.

On July 8, 2022, Rodney Drake was arrested by BPSO and charged with Contraband relative to Penal Institutions and Telephone Harassment. Rodeny was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $15,000.00.

On July 9, 2022, Mary Caldwell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Obstruction of Justice, and When Lighted Lamps are Required. Mary was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $16,000.00.

On July 9, 2022, Roy Caldwell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Roy was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $10,000.00.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
