Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On August 1, 2022, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of July 25, 2022 – July 30, 2022.
On July 25, 2022, Michael Crotwell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Michael was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $21,500.00.
On July 25, 2022, Charles Hammonds was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Charles was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $21,500.00.
On July 26, 2022, Paul Fontenot Jr. was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Highway 171/Ragley and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Paul was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $9,000.00.
On July 27, 2022, Cody Elkins was arrested by BPSO Detective Division and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment and Sexual Battery, Rubbing/Touching. Cody was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.
On July 27, 2022, Jaylen Brandon was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Johnson St. Merryville and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. Jaylen was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $15,000.00.
On July 27, 2022, Jake Dugas was arrested by BPSO Detective Division and charged with Third Degree Rape/Vaginal, Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, and a Bench Warrant. Jake was booked into the BPSO jail with no bond set.
On July 27, 2022, Joseph Hickman was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Johnson St. Merryville and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule IV, and 2 Bench Warrants. Joseph was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $120,000.00.
On July 28, 2022, William Bertram was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on White Oak Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated 2nd Offense, Careless Operation, and Operating a Vehicle while Under Suspension for Certain Other Offenses. William was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $20,000.00.
On July 28, 2022, Barbara Townley was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Oak St. DeRidder and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. Barbara was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $3,000.00.
On July 29, 2022, Todd Poe was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on Highway 112 and charged with Maximum Speed Limit, 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule I, Use or possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of a Minor, Unlawfully Supplying Any Product for the Purpose of Falsifying a Screening Test, and Obstruction of Justice. Todd was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $48,000.00.
On July 30, 2022, Norberto Martinez was arrested by BPSO Patrol Division on N. First St. Merryville and charged with Aggravated Assault. Norberto was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
On July 30, 2022, Maliek Litters was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Dixon St. DeRidder and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule III, Possession of CDS Schedule I, and Alcoholic Beverages in Motor Vehicles. Maliek was booked into the BPSO jail with bond TBS.
