Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On February 6, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of January 30, 2023 – February 5, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On January 30, 2023, Austin Henderson was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Obstruction of Justice, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Flight from an Officer. Austin was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $30,000.00.
On January 31, 2023, Ashley Ray was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Theft value under $1,000, and Simple Criminal Damage to Property Value greater than $1,000 less than $50,000. Ashley was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $11,500.00.
On January 31, 2023, David Alexander was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Forgery and Theft. David was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $4,000.00.
On January 31, 2023, David Jones was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Forgery and Theft. David was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $4,000.00.
On January 31, 2023, Charles Rogers was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension. Charles was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $8,000.00.
On February 1, 2023, William Henderson III was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Battery of Correctional Facility Employee. William was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $50,000.00.
On February 2, 2023, Cyril Ardoin was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Lonnie Cold Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Cyril was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $22,000.00.
On February 2, 2023, Chad Richard was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Protective Order. Chad was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $72,000.00.
On February 2, 2023, Olivia Gohr was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with 2 counts Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting an Officer. Olivia was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $72,000.00.
