Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of January 23, 2023 – January 29, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On January 13, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of January 23, 2023 – January 29, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On January 23, 2023, Catherine Thibodeaux was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Green Dr. and charged with Theft, Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Catherine was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $21,500.00.

On January 23, 2023,  Roland Authement Jr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Roland was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On January 23, 2023,  Morgan Upchurch was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic, Driving Under Suspension, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Morgan was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with a felony probation hold and no bond set.

On January 24, 2023,  Fredrick Barnes was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Fredrick was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $53,000.00.

On January 24, 2023,  Sharon Kittrell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pete Smith Rd. and charged with Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Illegal Carrying of Weapons. Sharon was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $16,500.00.

On January 24, 2023,  Steven Kittrell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pete Smith Rd. and charged with Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Illegal Carrying of Weapons. Steven was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $16,500.00.

On January 24, 2023,  Matthew Kittrell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pete Smith Rd. and charged with Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Schedule III, and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Matthew was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $11,500.00.

On January 26, 2023,  Jamie Gray was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pleasant Hill Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Sale, Distribution, or Possession or a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order, and Resisting an Officer. Jamie was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $3,000.00.

On January 26, 2023,  Jessica Mears was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Panhandle Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense, Obstruction of Justice, General Speed Law, Stop Signs and Yield Signs, and Switched Plates. Jessica was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On January 26, 2023,  Cyrus Miller was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Cyrus was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On January 27, 2023,  Holly Hines was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Detective Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of CDS Schedule II, Driving Under Suspension, Proper Equipment Required on Vehicle, and Stop Signs and Yield Signs. Holly was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $7,000.00.

On January 29, 2023,  Neal Haley was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division on Highway 27 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Child Endangerment and Possession of a Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies. Neal was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond TBS.
