Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of February 20, 2023 – February 26, 2023

Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On February 27, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of February 20, 2023 – February 26, 2023.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

On February 20, 2023, Shane Carter was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule I. Shane was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $50,000.00.

On February 20, 2023, John Fayko IV was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II. John was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $20,000.00.

On February 22, 2023, Cornelieus Mahaffey Sr. was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Driving Under Suspension, and Switched Plates. Cornelieus was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On February 22, 2023, Izaac Wade was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Felony Probation. Izaac was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On February 23, 2023, Patricia Istre was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Use of CDS in Presence of Minor, Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles, and Stop Signs and Yield Signs. Patricia was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $20,000.00.

On February 23, 2023, Misty Watson was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Second or Subsequent Offense and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Misty was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On February 24, 2023, Catlyn Cloud was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic, All Drivers Must Secure License, Security Required, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Catlyn was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail and bond was set at $7,000.00.

On February 25, 2023, Antonio Kingery was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and charged with Aggravated Battery. Antonio was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond TBS.
