Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On May 1, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of April 24, 2023, – April 30, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 24, 2023, Donald Vincent was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Theft, and Simple Criminal Damage to Property. Donald was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $20,000.00.
On April 24, 2023, Logan Laviolette was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule II, and Illegal Carrying or Weapons. Logan was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.

On April 25, 2023, Dusty Kincheloe was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Susie Alston Rd. and charged with Use of Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of CDS Schedule II. Dusty was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond set.
