Authorities in Louisiana Seeking Four Suspects in Connection with Pulling Victims Over and Multiple Armed Robberies

Baton Rouge, Louisiana – Four suspects are being sought by the Baton Rouge Police Department for multiple armed robberies in the area on December 28, 2022. The suspects pulled over at least three vehicles using headlights or a blue flashing light and then robbed the occupants of their personal belongings.

The Baton Rouge Police Department reported on December 29, 2022, that detectives are investigating multiple armed robberies that occurred during the morning of December 28 in the Baton Rouge area, involving four suspects who used a vehicle to pull citizens over and rob them of their personal belongings. The suspects, according to police, pulled over at least three distinct automobiles by flashing their headlights or maybe using a blue flashing light.

The vehicle used in the crimes, a white Ford Explorer, was discovered empty in the 1500 block of North 23rd Street.

As a precaution, the Baton Rouge Police Department is urging that if you are pulled over at night and the vehicle attempting to stop you is not recognized, put on your hazard lights, drive to a well-lit area, and contact 911. The Dispatch Operators will be able to provide information to the driver.
